Website setup was pretty easy

I got one of their Investor Websites a few weeks ago. Setting it up wasn't too hard, even for me who isn't super techy. It took maybe a week to get everything looking how I wanted it, including getting the domain registered. It's been running fine since then. No big complaints.

Detailed review of my Advanced Plan experience

I decided to go with the Advanced Plan a couple of months ago, specifically for the enhanced SEO Tools for Investors and CRM Integrations. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received my login details almost immediately. Setting up the website took about 5 days to get the initial layout configured, then another week to fine-tune the content from the Automated Content Library. I had a quick question about setting up SMS Alerts, and their support team responded within a few hours via email, which was helpful. The quality of the website templates is professional, and I'm finding the performance analytics quite useful for tracking my conversion rate optimization efforts. So far, it's delivering on its promises.

Consistent service, always reliable

I've been a Carrot customer for over a year now, mainly using their Lead Manager and Cash Buyer Websites. My latest renewal for the Core Plan was just as smooth as past experiences. They're consistently reliable, and I haven't had any issues with uptime or lead capture. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they always deliver.

Good value on Content Pro

I signed up for the Content Pro Plan after checking out a few competitors. The annual billing discount made it a much better deal. I'm always looking for ways to save money, and this felt like a solid investment for the price. It seemed worth it compared to what I'd pay for content elsewhere.

Absolutely love my new site!

I just launched my Motivated Seller Website through Carrot and it's fantastic! The Visual Editor made customization a breeze, and I already feel so much more professional. I can't wait to see the leads roll in. I'm telling all my investor friends about this, and I'll definitely be back for more tools!

Hey guys, thinking of signing up for Carrot. Does it really help with SEO for real estate stuff? Or is it all hype?

J June H. 1 month ago
Yeah, it actually does. My motivated seller site started ranking way faster than I expected after I switched to Carrot. I got a lot more organic traffic within a few months.

It's decent. They have those SEO tools built right in and the content library helps. Definitely better than just winging it with a regular WordPress site for real estate specifically.

How long does it typically take to get a site up and running with Carrot? I need something live pretty quick.

B Brett 3 weeks ago
Honestly, if you've got your content ready, you can probably have a basic site up in a day or two. The visual editor makes it pretty fast to build.

It was pretty quick for me. Like, a couple of hours for the initial setup, then another day or so to really customize it. They handle the hosting, so that saves time.

What's the deal with promo codes for Carrot? Are they hard to find?

W Wendy Reyes 1 month ago
Yeah, they don't really do public promo codes often. It's mostly through affiliate links or special annual discounts.

J Jared P. 1 month ago
I've never seen a public coupon code. Usually, the best deals are just paying annually or if you catch a Black Friday sale.

I'm in Los Angeles, California. What's the typical setup time for a website from them?

J James Lindqvist 4 weeks ago
Location doesn't really matter for setup time since it's all online. You can get a basic site live in a day or two, depends on how much content you have ready.

N Neil Foster 4 weeks ago
Like the other guy said, your location in LA won't change the setup speed. It's more about how fast you get your info and branding in there. I had mine running pretty quick once I had my logo and some basic text ready.

Are there any free trials or anything to test it out before committing? Or do I just have to dive in?

R Renee Whitfield 1 month ago
They don't have a free trial per se, but you can usually get a free demo to see how it all works. That might help you decide.

D Derek 1 month ago
No free trial, but they do have that 30-day money-back guarantee, so you're not totally out of luck if it doesn't work for you.

So I heard about some annual discount. Is it a big chunk of change you save if you pay yearly?

A Anna B. 1 month ago
Yeah, definitely worth it. I switched to annual billing last year and saved like 15% compared to what I was paying monthly.

D Dan Brooks 1 month ago
It's usually around 10-20% off. Worth doing if you're serious about sticking with them for a while.

Is Carrot only for house flippers or does it work for other real estate niches too? I do a lot of land deals.

S Shane 3 weeks ago
Nah, it works for land too! I've seen other folks on here using it for land flipping with good results.
4
J Julia 3 weeks ago
They have specific templates and stuff for 'land seller websites', so you should be good to go. It's not just for houses.

Is the Content Pro plan worth the extra money? Or is the Core plan enough for a newer investor?

S Sophie C. 1 month ago
For a new investor, Core might be enough to get started and get familiar with it. Content Pro adds a lot of value with the automated content library, which is huge for SEO, but you can always upgrade later.
5
T Todd Z. 1 month ago
I started with Core and upgraded to Content Pro after a few months. The automated content really saves a ton of time and helps with ranking, so if you can swing it, it's worth it for the long run.
